Description: The restaurant makes special effort to have wheat and gluten free items. Food is fresh, made from scratch and as organic as possible. They avoid chemicals, preservatives, additives, etc and maintain a standard of as natural and wholesome as possible in a commercial business. They use wheat free soy sauce and keep as consistently aware as possible, training crew and cooks to be aware of all food content. It is always good to ask for ingredients in any item and specify the importance of no gluten contamination. The kitchen is not gluten free and many items with wheat and gluten are served but extra effort is made to keep the specified gluten free foods truly that.
