The speaker at our March general meeting was Dr. Lindsey Pearson, a member of our Medical Advisory Board. He gave us an update on celiac disease testing and treatment as well as a primer on celiac disease vs gluten intolerance. He followed up with a question and answer session.

As usual, everyone was able to dig in to gluten-free snacks our members brought to the meeting.
